Traci (the landlord) was always extremely nice and helpful whenever I called in. Also, I can’t say enough how great it was living next to Safeway! The hive on oak is also right next to a bus stop that takes you right to UO campus. Highly recommend Jordan L I lived at the Hive for two years and I couldn’t say enough about how much I loved my experience with them! By far, Traci is the best leasing manager in Eugene. She works with every resident and is always easily reachable and persistent! The maintenance team is great and always responds to requests quickly too. The apartment is really close to campus which makes it convenient for a college student who walks everywhere. Also, anytime I have had a maintenance issue, problem, or even just a simple question, the customer service has been excellent and issues are always resolved right away. If for some reason she was not immediately available, she always got back to me via phone or email within the hour. Traci was always quick to deploy The Hive’s maintenance man (who is a really kind, hardworking guy!) to fix any issue at no cost. In short, I had a very positive experience with The Hive – and would happily live in any of their properties in the future!
